Copies of data/information/content submitted may be maintained in print or electronic form for archival or service delivery purposes.

4. Downloading of Software and/or Content. All software and/or content made available on this website for downloading is the copyrighted work of the relevant suppliers. Ownership of the software and content belongs to the copyright holder. Thus ownership is not transferred to you if you download. The use of any such software and/or content may be subject to the terms of a license agreement as provided by the supplier. Please read the licence agreement before you install or download any software or content.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites. This website contains links to third-party sites. These outside sites are provided only as a convenience to visitors.    As such, we shall not be held liable for any disruptions in service, unauthorised re-use or distribution or other similar occurrences as relate to these videos, and shall be responsible only for collaterals hosted in the environment and context of the official wazzup.sg website.

The language of the arbitration shall be English.
